I truly appreciate the professional service Ellie Flowers provides. My mother loves their arrangements and can not get enough of them whether it's her birthday, Mother's Day or Christmas. I have an elderly mother and sometimes she does not necessarily respond to deliveries at her door. After an unsuccessful attempt to deliver my Mother's flowers, a staff member, Nicole called me to rearrange another delivery day and time. I truly appreciate the effort made on my behalf! Thank you!
